So I have been dying to go to Candybar and so some friends and I decided to try it out and we get there and to our dismay the place is darker than dark so we had to go to plan b. We decided to try Citrus Club in the Haight (far cry from the pretty much dessert only Candybar). I have heard good things but never tried it myself. It definitely lived up to the good reviews. I had coconut lemon chicken noodles and it was excellent. It was spicy but not too spicy. My only complaint was this, Johanan was a few minutes behind us and the waitress made us wait until she walked in the door to seat us even though she had empty tables. To spite her we stayed and chatted at the table after we finished for a while. It was worth it though! It is on Haight and whatever street is before Stanyan going towards the park. It is also conveniently near Amoeba Music!

I like the sound of those noodles...maybe we could check it out someday! (Do they have a kid's menu?)
MMmmmm . . . noodles. It was yummy and cheap. We should go back or we should try Candybar . . . but not on a Monday:)
