A 16

Saturday night Kathryne and I ate dinner at A16 on Chestnut St. It was amazingly good. We had the tuna, zuppa which was delicious and the cannellini bean pasta and the chard which was great as well with pine nuts and currants. And for dessert in keeping with the theme of this whole thing we had the salted chocolate tart. It was soooooo good. It had chocolate mousse with sea salt sprinkled. I highly recommend it. They had another dessert that sounded good too. I think you really can't go wrong with anything you order there. We sat at the chefs counter and watched everyone making the food and it all looked great. I guess that is why it is popular these days!

I was just looking at an old issue of Better Homes and Gardens at Carl's Doctors office and they had a recipe for a type of chocolate mouse with sea salt that was similiar to your description. I couldn't imagine crunching on coarse sea salt but you make it sound yummy. I wish I had kept the recipe.
